Fred Wallace, was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Vancouver in 1979.

Fred is currently living in West Southlands with his wife, Wanda Angelomatis and son Hugh.

"We love walking or riding through the neighbourhood and meeting everyone. An alumni of the University of Manitoba, and the Delta Upsilon Fraternity, active in the community through the West Southlands Ratepayers Association, and Coordinator of the local Block watch, I enjoy and look forward to participation in any activities which lead to a friendlier and safer neighbourhood. My hobbies are skiing (not much lately), biking and the restoration of older automobiles."
