Since my days in high school, I have always had a small company or two. I've learned that the only way to achieve success is to stay one step ahead of the competition and always offer a premium product.

I have worked for Shell Canada in a multitude of management positions, introduced a new oil marketer into the B.C. market and started new businesses from scratch, built them into profitable operations, and then found buyers for them. Many of these required real estate transactions as part of the process. Over the years I have been involved in a variety of real estate transactions directly, or on a consulting basis, and the projects usually involved planning and development requirements far beyond the needs of residential real estate.

Becoming a residential Realtor has been a long term goal. I also believe that anyone in business has a responsibility to help those less fortunate. To that end I have created a charitable programme that keys into every transaction I am involved in. I certainly look forward to working with you soon!
